Cylinder testing
Ajmer Gases Group, the safety of our team and customers is our highest priority. To uphold this commitment, we have an in-house cylinder pressure testing lab in Ajmer, certified by the Petroleum and Explosives Safety Organization (PESO), along with collection centers in Jaipur, Chittorgarh, and Gegal.
Our facility is capable of testing more than 40 cylinders each day, adhering strictly to PESO's specifications. Cylinders are only approved for filling after successful testing and we maintain detailed records to ensure timely evaluations. Our dealers are also required to comply with these standards.
Cylinder Bank Installation & Supply of cylinder accessories
We have expertise in pipeline designing and executing a complete gas delivery system for clients with bulk consumption.
We also supply gas cylinder valves. During handling of the cylinders, the valves can be damaged occasionally. We have a ready stock of the cylinder valves and we regularly check these valves before dispatching the cylinders.
In addition to this, we supply pressure gauges , safety apparatus to check the pressure and other accessories based on our customer's specifications.
Bulk supply of Oxygen & Carbon Dioxide
We are capable of supplying oxygen and carbon dioxide in bulk quantity.
We have our own Liquid Oxygen & Liquid CO2 transportation tanks.
We have our own Liquid CO2 transportation tank and CO2 storage tanks at each of our Ajmer, Chittorgarh and Jaipur factories.
In addition to this we have our own Liquid Oxygen transportation tank and storage tanks at each of our Ajmer and Jaipur factories. The transportation tank is used to fill Dura Oxygen Cryogenic Cylinders for our customers.
Depending on the requirement, we can deliver the gas from any of our plants. In addition to this, our liquid transportation tanks can be used to supply Liquid Oxygen & Liquid CO2 at any of our customer location.
