Ajmer -300 m3+100 m3 per hour capacity (1100 cylinders /day). Liquid Nitrogen production is 200 L / day
Jaipur - 170 m3 per hour capacity ( 600 cylinders / day)

Gegal DA Plant - This plant can fill upto 120 cylinders/day
Our liquid tank capacity is as follows:

Jaipur CO2 Tank – 30 Ton
Ajmer CO2 Tank – 20 Ton
Ajmer Argon Tank – 13KL
Gegal CO2 Tank – 20 Ton
CO2 Transport Tank – 13 KL
During plant shut down for maintenance, we maintain our gas supply by filling cylinders from these liquid tanks.
In addition to this, our plants in Ajmer and Jaipur complement each others capacity. Whenever we are met with a sudden increase in demand at a particular location, we make sure that our customer do not suffer and we use our other plants to complement this short fall in supply.
These practices leads to a hassle free customer experience with regular supply of the required gases.
QUALITY
We do regular maintenance of our plants to maintain purity of the gases. Our cylinders are pressure tested regularly to make sure that they are maintained up to the required standards.
We supply both industrial grade oxygen and oxygen IP for medical use. The purity of the medical grade oxygen is 99.99%. The quality testing is done in every batch.
