Production Capacity

• Ajmer has a capacity of 300 m³ + 100 m³ per hour, producing 1,400 cylinders per day and generating 200 liters of liquid nitrogen daily.

• Jaipur operates at a capacity of 170 m³ per hour, filling 650 cylinders daily with a liquid nitrogen production of 100 liters per day.

• Chittorgarh has a capacity of 150 m³ per hour, providing 600 cylinders daily also producing 100 liters of liquid nitrogen each day.

​

• Gegal DA Plant can fill up to 120 cylinders per day.  

• Our liquid tank capacity is as follows:

     Jaipur CO2 Tank – 30 Ton

     Ajmer Oxygen Tank – 20 KL

     Ajmer CO2 Tank – 30 Ton      

     Ajmer Argon Tank – 13KL

     Chittorgarh CO2 Tank – 20 Ton

• During maintenance shutdowns and power cuts, we ensure continuous gas supply by filling cylinders from these liquid tanks.

• Additionally, our plants in Ajmer, Chittorgarh, and Jaipur support each other’s capacities. In the event of a sudden increase in demand at any location, we utilize our other plants to prevent any supply disruption for our customers.

• These practices ensure a seamless customer experience with a consistent supply of the required gases.
